• User-controlled activity limits and timing controls

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

Organizations using the Service represent that the individual accepting these Terms has the authority to bind the organization to these Terms.

4. Account Registration and Security

4.1 Account Creation

To access the Service, you must create an account and provide accurate, current, and complete information. You agree to update your information promptly if it changes.

4.2 Account Security

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials

• All activities that occur under your account

• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach

We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.

4.3 LinkedIn Credentials

By providing your LinkedIn credentials or access tokens, you authorize us to access LinkedIn on your behalf to provide the Service. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of the Service complies with LinkedIn's terms of service and policies.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to:

• Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights

• Use the Service in any manner that violates LinkedIn's terms of service or policies

• Engage in spamming, harassment, or other abusive behavior

6. API Usage and Limits

Your use of the API is subject to call volume limits based on your purchased plan. Each block provides 100,000 API calls with one year validity.

6.2 Rate Limits

We may impose rate limits to ensure Service stability and performance. Excessive API usage may result in throttling or temporary suspension.

6.3 Fair Use

You agree to use the API in a manner consistent with fair use principles and not to place unreasonable burden on our infrastructure.

7. Pricing and Payment

7.1 Fees

Pricing is usage-based as outlined on our website. The base plan costs $0.0049 per API call, sold in blocks of 100,000 calls.

7.2 Payment Terms

• Fees are charged in advance for purchased blocks

• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law

• You are responsible for all taxes associated with your purchase

• We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice

7.3 Billing

You authorize us to charge your designated payment method for all fees. If payment fails, we may suspend or terminate your access to the Service.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

8.1 Our Property

The Service, including all software, content, trademarks, and materials, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights in the Service.

8.2 Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

8.3 Your Content

You retain ownership of any data, content, or materials you submit through the Service ("Your Content"). By using the Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, store, and process Your Content solely to provide the Service.

9. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with LinkedIn. Your use of LinkedIn through our Service is subject to LinkedIn's terms of service. We are not responsible for LinkedIn's actions, policies, or any changes to LinkedIn's platform that may affect the Service.

9.2 Other Third Parties

The Service may integrate with or link to third-party services. We are not responsible for third-party services and do not endorse or guarantee their content, products, or services.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free

• The Service will meet your requirements or expectations

• Any errors or defects will be corrected

• The Service will be compatible with all systems or platforms

YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN WARRANTIES OR DAMAGES, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless We-Link API, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Service

• Your violation of these Terms

• Your violation of any third-party rights, including LinkedIn's terms

• Your Content or any data you submit through the Service

• Your violation of applicable laws or regulations

13. LinkedIn Account Responsibility

YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT:

• You are solely responsible for your LinkedIn account and compliance with LinkedIn's terms

• We are not liable for any restrictions, suspensions, or terminations of your LinkedIn account

• LinkedIn may change its policies or platform at any time, which may affect the Service

• You use LinkedIn automation tools at your own risk

• We recommend using user-controlled activity limits and following LinkedIn best practices

14. Term and Termination

14.1 Term

These Terms remain in effect while you use the Service or maintain an account.

14.2 Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of prepaid fees.

14.3 Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately, without notice, if:

• You violate these Terms

• You engage in fraudulent or illegal activity

• Your use poses a security risk

• We are required to do so by law

• We discontinue the Service

14.4 Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

Your right to access the Service immediately ceases

We may delete your account and data after a reasonable period
